Ceria

Yahoo..hari ni baru ada semangat sikit coz semalam luckily I adjusted my sleeping timing. Serious, yesterday aku macam ayam kena berak kapur. Just sit n doing nothing. So, at school I already set 'mind' going back at 1.30 and sleep. Nasib baik sempat gak gi pos surat Reader's Digest tu. Takut gak if I lost my oppurtunity to get RM 750,000. Do you really think I get that:p. Takperlah try mana tahu i get my luck. Balik jer tak sembahyang Zohor dulu coz kalau sembahyang for sure pukul 5 baru bangun. So, set jam 3.30 pm konon2nya. Tup..tup sedar jer ha...already 5.00pm. Where your Zohor. So, tgk hp wa...manyak miss call and one msg from one of my frenz msg arrived 2.30 pm ajak berbuka sesama. Sorilah, malas nak siap2 lain kali jer yer.Bangun jer sembahyang Asar n qada balik sembahyang. Aku memohon keampunan mu Ya Allah..So, malam tadi boleh tido awal pulak n bangun sahur dengan penuh semangat. Yalah, timing dah ok balik. Betullah, sleep is very important and also must be quality especially bila dah tua-tua ni. Macam-macam fikir sebelum tido.So, one of the key to be ceria from Dato' Fadzillah jangan fikir negatif selalu.Ceriakan diri selalu. Banyak strategi untuk gembira sebenarnya. If I have time I will list down the way to 'ceria'...
